Alberto Díaz Ayude


Degree in Educational Psychology, Master in Human Resources Management, Master in Occupational Risk Prevention, Master in Applied Psychology and Specialization in Social Innovation and Responsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility).

He has also training in the field of Occupational Health and Safety and in the field of Work Psychology, Organizations and Human Resources, which has determined and influenced his interest in the development of functions and activities carried out in the Human Resources field concerning recruitment, assessment, training, development and career planning, negotiation and working groups among others, as well as the management of administrative processes regarding these areas.

He has developed his professional career performing different positions and tasks in the field of consulting and Human Resources outsourcing, likewise, he has collaborated and collaborates on several projects with the Laboratory of Social Psychology at the University of A Coruña.
